Crushing, grinding and classification processes:

The unique equipment---ultra fine laminating autogenous mill and Xinhai abrasion resistant hydraulic cyclone instead the processes of fine crushing and rough grinding. The ore treated by ultra fine laminating autogenous mill is -200 mesh more than 40%. Besides, through magnetic separation, 40-45% gangue can be removed. What is more, it is less area occupied.

The magnetite transported by plate feeder went to crushing process in jaw crusher and then storage in fine ore bin. These mineral come in into ultra fine laminating autogenous mill through belt conveyor. Under the action of grinding peel force, impact force and pressure, a lot of gangue is removed. What is more, after classification, the overflow enter the beneficiation process.

Magnetic separation :

The magnetic separation is the most important part of the beneficiation. The magnetic separation efficiency determine the grade of the concentrate. Yantai Xinhai magenetic separation adopting 3 stage magnetic separation. The equipment is adopting Yantai Xinhai beneficiation machinery and Yantai Xinhai abrasion resistant rubber. The equipment include magnetic separator, Xinhai abrasion resistant pump and ceramics filter.

The overflow of hydraulic cyclone is transported to rough magnetic separator through pipes. The rough tailings is delivered into scavenging magnetic separator and then discharged into tailings pond. The concentrate enter into concentrate magnetic separator. The product is qualified concentrate.

Tailings dry stacking:

Tailings dry stacking is an important part of magnetite beneficiation and plays an important role in cost decrease. Besides, tailings dry stacking is a patent of Xinhai. As long as the water resource is lacking, it has high value. The main equipments of tailings dry line include efficient thickener, inclined plate thickener, high efficiency deep cone many cone thickener, xin sea dehydration type hydro-cyclones, efficient multi-frequency dewatering screen.

Tailings enter into high efficiency thickener through Xinhai slurry pump. After concentration, it is delivered into plate thickener then enter into hydraulic cyclone. The overflow enter into deep cone thickener with multi cone. After pass through high efficiency multi frequency dewatering screen, the water is recycled and tailings dry stacking.
