Crushing, grinding and classification:

Crushing, grinding and classification process adopting Xinhai ultra fine laminating autogenous mill. One stage open circuit crushing and one stage closed circuit increase the process time greatly. The main equipment include: jaw crusher, ultra fine laminating autogenous mill, grate ball mill, Xinhai abrasion resistant rubber pump and Xinhai abrasion resistant cyclone.

The ore is crushed by jaw crusher transported by plate feeder. The output is delivered into Xinhai ultra fine laminating autogenous mill by belt conveyor. Under the action of grinding peel force, impact and layer pressure, -200 mesh ore more than 45%. After pass through the linear vibrating screen, the over product enter grate ball mill and then delivered into hydraulic cyclone. On the other hand, the qualified ore enter the next process. The ore is -200 mesh 60-70%.

Cyaniding:

The cyaniding is the most important stage of gold CIP process and it will affect gold index directly. This gold beneficiation process adopts pressure air agitating. The main equipment include intermediate drive type, air compressor, roots blower, whole section inflatable leaching tank and box type filter press.

After the ore being grinded, they enter the intermediate transmission thickener. When the concentrate is correct, the ore enter full section air leaching tank. The gold dissolve in leaching tank. The ore slurry enter through box pressure filters for solid and liquid separation. The solid is tailings and the liquid go back to leaching tank.

Carbon plasma method for extracting gold

Carbon plasma method is the main guarantee. This method include pre-treatment, absorbing, desorbs, turmeric and desorbs-carbon active. It is suitable for oxidation gold content sand. The main equipment include: analytic tower, electrolytic tank, heat exchanger and filter, etc.

Pre-treat is pre-grinding of activated carbon. Reduce the edge of activated carbon and reduce the loss of gold. The underflow go back to the ball mill for regrinding and the overflow is sent to the second stage ball mill for fine grinding. The concentrated overflow is sent into thickener for concentration. The underflow is delivered into leaching tank(full section, aerate). The air is added by air compressor and rose air blower, meanwhile, the reagent and activated carbon is added. After discharged by the last adsorption tank, it become tailings and gold carbon. After turmeric and smelting, the gold ingot is produced.
